Selling a house is a lot of work, physically and emotionally, from deciding to sell to finding a realtor that works well with you, to painting and staging to putting up the for sale sign to worrying if any buyers will come. John Meagher put all my questions, concerns, and worries to rest with his 37 years of real estate expertise. I was comfortable telling him my unique ideas when he recommended that a bed should be in the bedroom and I already had that moved. My idea of filling floor space the size of a queen bed with boxes, and putting a dust ruffle around the boxes and a nice quilt made for a nice looking bedroom. He was down to earth with his recommendations, told me what has worked well in the past and recommended what not to focus on. After I had the house all painted and stage, it was hard for me to let go of my first house purchase. John made suggestions for updates that will bring in more money, made suggestions of others things to just put in the disclosure. John took the time to listen, and answered all my questions with in a day's time. He thoroughly went over all the loads and loads of paper work before I needed to sign, set a target market date according to the economy, and when I was getting pressured for time, John and his friends helped me move the items out of my garage to my new house. John was with me at the closing, going over all the papers with me, again before I signed. I highly recommend John Meagher for anyone selling a home or property. John mostly sells farmland and rural properties in central MN, but he was top-notch selling my home for me in the city of St. Cloud. John has a website with helpful hints for home owners, buyers and sellers with the current market conditions. He also posts on Facebook community happenings and newsworthy items. I was very pleased with John Meagher and his real estate services. John also came highly recommended to me from my brother-in-law, who is quite particular.
